Cheniere’s most-valuable asset may be its Energy Department license to ship domestic gas to nations that aren’t U.S. free-trade partners. The U.S. has free-trade agreements with 18 nations. FERC just needs to insert some wording that says they can do sell overseas as much as they want, as long as it doesn't disrupt supply here and cause major affect to the price of liquefied gas in the U.S.

Yes it might create jobs but it will alow the export of LNG and that allows the industry to control the domestic supply and the domestic price! Same as Big Oil, that now exports record amounts of refined product to maintain high prices in the US!
