It is actually a picture in July taken in the upper portion of Antelope Canyon in northern AZ. You can Google Antelope Canyon, Wikipedia has a good article on it.

Thanks for noticing my comment and for the encouragement. I put in solar hot water back in '82 when I was unemployed and had lots of time. I took a one day class at the Jr. college, bought a three panel kit and then we all met and assembled each others panels. We had a 40 gal gas water heater and when it sprung a leak a few years later I replaced it with an 80 gal electric tank that only had heating electrodes at the top. Electric tanks are better insulated, no chimney vent in the middle. Anyway, I didn't bother to hard wire it into the house juice. I put on a heavy duty pigtail connector like the electric dryer had. We maybe plugged it in 6-8 days per year. The controller finally gave out after about 25 yrs. and it froze up and broke pipes in all 3 panels. I should replace it and we probably wouldn't need any electricity except for AC in June. Is that you on top of the world? I have a picture of me like that taken in Hawaii but it is a valley and ocean in the background.

Hi. Remember, when entering prices for stations that provide discounts (ie, Member Prices, Price With Card etc.) the price is listed BEFORE any discount. The discount may be entered in the provided Comments field, however; a comment is not absolutely required. If you do add that information to the Comments field, please make it like this: "-3¢ with loyalty card." Thanks for posting and have a great day.

Thanks for becoming my newest buddy. When it is way below freezing in Denver come visit us in Tucson. I was in Denver one fall for a conference, very nice. I was there in the first week of Jan. and it was negative double digits, not to my liking.
