"No surge. Just a steady and gradual increase." That's about right. It won't happen initially. They won't export anything but the surplus initially, but then they'll do like they're doing with oil and gas. They DO export some of our oil already, and we need it! They don't export much, but nonetheless, it's out of what we need. The same with gasoline, we export twice as much as we import and that keeps the price of fuel here higher than what it should be. Even if we build two more refineries, it won't make a difference, as we need about four or five more in different location rather than just here in the southern states.
