JazzcatTX - Sorry to hear you are having the same problem I am. Maybe together we can find a solution to this aggravating problem.
I sent in an e-mail to Gas Buddy at the, "Help, Contact Us", link at the very bottom of this page about 24 hours ago and I haven't heard anything back yet.
Does anyone know how long it typically takes for Gas Buddy to respond to a Help e-mail?
I've already lost 2,000 points and I don't want to lose any more, especially since this isn't my doing.
I sure hope Gas Buddy gives us credit for each day and the 2,000 points we are losing?
