As for myself, my 6 month checkup was good. The PSA numbers were going in the right direction, but not what the doc wants them to be yet. So far not too many SE's from the procedure, at least, nothing that anybody else besides myself would notice, but it's still VERY depressing. Thanks for the last comment. It's appreciated although I consider myself nothing special. So many pay no attention other than to everything I say.

Sorry to take so long to respond. I've been so busy lately barely had time to get my regular posts in and I wanted to take time with my response. Having gone through the whole post-treatment MRI thing myself now, I think it's just standard procedure. Hopefully the 6 tumours was everything but to be honest, it's never good when it gets into the lungs. They are extra delicate when it comes to cancer. But there's always a chance and let's hope things go well for her. The good thing is that it HAS been 6 months, and with cancer in the lungs, it usually shows up again sooner than that so it's encouraging if there hasn't been anything yet. Let's hope the rest is just regular ageing and that she'll get her energy back once this is all behind her.

I was just looking at your thread about cancer again, and saw that it's now 6 months since your mother's procedure, about the time for the first checkup (at least was the time in my case). So how is she? And what about your sisters? It must be scary for you in so many ways. I know it was hard for me.

You recently posted that space explortion was a "waste of time and money." Prove it.

We go to Florida for 3 months in the winter & I still have aches & pains. Mrs Wrench. There's a lot of people in our park from Canada.
