When you cross a picket line you are a scab worker. These guys are out on the line trying to get a contract which is protecting the worker union and non-union alike. They are not getting a paycheck and the scabs say we got to pay the bills. Well so do the people not getting a check but they are out there because they don't have a contract. people have never been in a union are quick to criticize them. Whether you realize it or not non-union businesses benefit from the union contracts. The people of this country have become complacent and not standing together anymore. It's not hooray for me and screw everybody else..

I'm curious what you meant when you said that someone who crosses a picket line deserves what they get. What they deserve is a paycheck without the threat of violence. Unions were once instrumental in protecting the American worker, but they have become despised by the general population and are now experiencing an adjustment as to where they fit in our society.

I agree that manipulating light timing to increase citations is an abominable practice. Tempe, AZ where I live frequently sets lights, in a 45 MPH zone, so that one must travel at 56 MPH or faster to make the lights. I would like to see a law that said that lights must be timed to match the posted speed limit, whatever that might be.

Rear end collisions are not caused by red light cameras. Rear End collisions are caused by drivers following too closely and by drivers not paying attention. It is not wake up city hall. It is wake up drivers. Along with the cameras citations for following too closely are needed to make them work.

An excellent response to my article. Thank you. The liberals are getting frustrated because it's obvious even to them that they're losing the argument. Reality rules.

Thanks for being my newest friend. I have some college, too. No Kindergarten.

All the guys below are my friends except Gary Bowles. We used to be friends and have met face to face four times in Oregon. Two times at his house.
