The 2014 Chevrolet Spark stands out from the minicar pack in a new round of crash testing by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The Spark is the only tiny car out of 11 tested to achieve an "acceptable" rating in the IIHS's small-overlap front crash test.

Probably Shell has a better idea of the limitations of the structure and doesn't want to lose it (lots of $$) or incur the wrath of the public for causing avoidable damage to the environment.
<<Amazing... Shell couldn't manage moving a drilling platform because of the weather and sea conditions. How can they be trusted to manage a production platform in the Bering and Chukchi Seas under the kinds of weather and climate conditions they will face?

Well thank you! I have all the awards except AM/PM and all the states. Would have the AM/PM long ago except I had troubles loaded three times and like you forgot to go back.

I'm a retired auto mechanic so I saw it all from flat head Fords to all the new electronic DOHC fuel injected engines of today. But the exhaust converters changed the Carbon Monoxide problem to a Carbon Dioxide problem. Whatever we do it affects something else. Know about the heavy foot and with the power in cars today, keeping your foot out of it is a challenge. I'm a pilot too so going fast in always NICE : )
