Talk to your Provincial and Federal legislators.Ask them why gas costs so much more in Vancouver than it does just down the road in Seattle.See if they give you a straight answer.I'll bet they don't!

The gasoline tax in Vancouver is the highest in all of Canada @ 45.992 cents/L. In addition, there are GST, PST, transit tax and carbon tax.

Across Canada the average price is $1.27, while drivers in Edmonton are paying as little as $1.02 per litre, according to Gasbuddy.com. Gotta believe them.
