Since Mitt is in Koch boys back pockets and wallets, his 'verbal' plan will certainly give a hand to dirty Big Coal. Mitt has never met a cartel, monopoly, or mega global corporation that he does not love, as long as they show him the money. Offshore bank accounts are so convenient!

We need a balance in everything we do but I do hope they drill more in U.S. so we don't have to depend on other countries for our oil.

Willard lies like Fox...always. The US is currently exporting refined oil, what would more drilling result in? Increased export of refined oil.

That's a proven hoax.
Dr. Williams did not write that.

I like Romney's chances.
After 4 disastrous years of Obama, I don't see how any sane, sensible person would even think of wanting him re-elected. Then again, that would exclude most liberals.

oil drilling in states should be their responsibility. they are closer to the problems and know more than the idiots thousands of miles away trying to make laws that are a compromise and does more to hurt states than to help anyone or anything. check out the 10th admendment

All sorts of plans & promises from everyone before the elections. If only one of them could stand by his word & execute his pre-election plans & promises, how wonderful every country would be.

That is the only way to become energy independent... but part of the puzzle requires new refineries that are more efficient to be built also. We could end up with more fuel for our economy if normal business efficiencies were also applied to oil company operations and refining.
