Gas prices are always quick to rise, but go down very slowly if at all.

They should force speculators to hold stock, 48 hours after being purchased. It would slow down the flipping by day traders.

Is this along the same lines as a fuel boycott where folks don't buy fuel for a day or two resuls in price drop?
